Shipping Policy

We ship products using a method of our choosing, typically Canada Post. Shipping rates are as follows:

• Orders up to $50: $5.95 shipping fee

• Orders over $50: Free shipping

 

Please note: We only ship within Canada.

We aim to process orders within 3-5 business days. After processing, please allow 5-7 business days for shipping. A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns solely for exchanges or if the product is faulty. To qualify for a return, products must be unworn and in their original packaging.

Important: Exchanges will not be processed for products that do not meet these criteria.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be pre-approved by us in writing. We are not liable for shipping errors or lost items during the return process.

Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will send the exchange if previously agreed upon.
