  • Shipping Rates: Orders up to $50 incur a $5.95 shipping fee. Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping.

  • Delivery Time: We aim to process orders within 3-5 business days. Delivery typically takes an additional 5-7 business days.

  • Tracking: Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

6. Returns and Exchanges

  • Eligibility: We accept returns only for exchanges or faulty products. Items must be returned unworn, in their original packaging, and within 30 days of delivery.

  • Return Process: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and must be pre-approved by us in writing. We are not liable for shipping errors or lost items during the return process.

  • Refunds: Refunds are not provided; only exchanges are offered once the returned item has been received and verified.
